Minimal Layout
File Type:
Web PageView
Inspired by Garcia's minimal (MSPaint and notepad only) layout, I decided to try my own. However, I use Linux and KDE instead of Windows. So, I created a layout using only KolourPaint and KWrite instead. The result is something that looks very nice (Then again, I designed it so of course I think it looks good), yet was created completely without all the fancy tools web designers rely on such as Dreamweaver (*Shudder*), Flash, and Photoshop.

It's good to know I actually made something that inspired you.
I feel accomplished, lol

What's the copyright? Can I use it as long as I keep a link to here?

Yep.
I hadn't thought of licensing for sites, since this category was meant for showing off sites rather than releasing layouts. The 'Graphics' and 'Code' categories both have licensing information (Creative Commons Share-Alike and GNU respectively), but not Sites. I'm not sure what kind of licenses even apply to layouts. They're both graphic and code.

I still make websites only in text... cannot STAND Dreamweaver and that ilk. The internet is better off without designers that rely on tools that fluff code.
