A random colorful wallpaper inspired by how, when you look through an out-of-focus lens, lights form interesting little circles.

I've been making this kind of circular design for years, although I decided to do things a bit differently this time, although the differences are subtle. As with most/all of my wallpapers, I'm very pleased with how this one turned out.

I really don't know why I've been making so many wallpapers lately. I've made five in the past two days, and I'm very pleased with how all of them turned out.

The procedure to create this was similar to Plasma Network, but I used a photograph of a friend as my base image. I was amazed at how you can barely even tell it used to be a photo of a person.
